Imagine Aviation offers a tailored Commercial Business Assessment, which reviews the key aspects and practices in the main commercial areas of the airline’s business.
The ultimate intent is to identify areas that the airline can focus on to increase its revenue and competitive capabilities, which in turn will improve that all important result. The key focus areas are:

The assessment is usually carried out over two weeks, including at least one week on site at the airline’s offices. The output is a summary report and presentation that will show the airline which fields are open to improvement, and will give an indication of the potential value of such changes. If the airline wants help in evaluating further, or implementing any identified improvements, then we would be available to offer our support.
This service is offered on a minimum price / cost recovery based pricing approach. All that we require from the airline in addition is the time of the management team in answering questions and discussing the relevant areas of the business in depth.
