Previous Experience
Prior to forming Imagine Aviation, we have worked on various airline projects, such as:
- A low cost carrier start up – from writing the initial business plan and project managing the set up and launch to developing the business in its first years of operation
- An airline turnaround – including re-aligning the network and brand proposition of a UK based low cost carrier
- A strategic review of a South Pacific based airline, including developing the recommended product position and identifying a full range of general commercial improvements
- An airline close down and consolidation – project managing the cessation of a scheduled airline business and its subsequent consolidation within the parent company
- A review of the distribution and sales channel activities for a North American based low cost carrier
- Running direct customer focus groups in the USA, New Zealand and Australia on behalf of a client airline to evaluate their brand and product perception
